ABC Auto owns eight dealerships throughout the tri-county area and purchased 600 of Item CTG900 Bear by Grund. The bears were evenly distributed to each dealership to use in the service dept. Every vehicle in for a service with a baby seat got a bear placed in the seat proudly wearing a shirt displaying the dealers logo.

The results have been phenomenal! Dealerships have received numerous calls of gratitude from the customers and best of all, repeat customer rates have increased! 80% of the bears went to customers in for a routine maintenance check. Of those, 68% have returned for the next visit ON TIME or PRIOR to scheduled! A significant increase...all because of the loyalty created from one little "Show You Care Bear."
